Dr Frogs began back in 2007 with a simple idea — to create the kind of place we’d want to hang out at ourselves. Great food, good drinks, and unbeatable views of Koh Samui’s coastline.
Over the years, we’ve brought together the bold flavors of Italy and Thailand with a touch of creativity. When Chef Kimber joined the team, he helped take things up a notch — designing a menu that’s fresh, exciting, and full of soul. It's not about having a massive menu, but a carefully curated one that highlights seasonal ingredients and honest cooking.
We work closely with local farmers, fishermen, and markets to bring the best of the island to your plate — and we do it with sustainability in mind. No single-use plastics, minimal waste, and maximum flavor.
